Popular Cranberry Restaurant Closed For Renovations

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA — The Chik-fil-A on Route 228 is being refreshed, but the
renovations have forced the fast food restaurant's temporary closure.

The announcement was made on the eatery's Facebook page.

"We are beginning a remodeling project that is expected to take eight weeks," a recent post stated. "We We will reopen in November. In the meantime, we hope to see you soon at our Wexford location while we are closed."

According to the Chik-fil-A website, restaurants are prioritized for renovation based on capacity and age.

"Capacity upgrades in restaurants may include expanding kitchens and adding additional lanes in the drive-thru," a post on the website stated. "Age upgrades may include updates to facilities like counters, awnings and furniture."
