PITTSBURGH, PA — After serving the Murrysville community for more than over 20 years, Atria’s

Restaurant & Tavern will be closing on Aug. 24.

The property’s landlord opted not to renew Atria’s lease in order to bring in a new brand to the space.

“We deeply wanted to remain a part of the Murrysville community and continue the relationships we’ve built over the years,” restaurant owner Pat McDonnell said.

“Unfortunately, this decision was out of our hands. While we are saddened by the outcome, we are incredibly grateful to our loyal guests, dedicated team members, and the local organizations that have supported us.”

Atria’s will continue to operate its Peters Township location and Atria’s Specialty Catering, and will remain the exclusive caterer for the National Aviary. Additionally, the Atria's-affiliated Juniper Grill Murrysville and all other Juniper Grill locations will also remain open.
