Popular Pittsburgh Ice Cream Shop Set To Open For 2025

Arguably Pittsburgh's favorite ice cream shop has announced when it will open this year.

PITTSBURGH, PA — Local ice cream lovers, mark March 7 on your calendar.

Page's, perhaps the city's favorite place for ice cream and other frozen confections, has announced that's the date it will open for the 2025 season.

"We’re thrilled to kick off our 74th season on March 7th," the shop with more than 207,000 Facebook followers stated in a post there. " We can’t wait to see both familiar and new faces this year—it’s going to be a pretty sweet season!"

Formerly called the Page Dairy Mart, the business at the intersection of East Carson Street and Becks Run Road on the South Side has been in operation since 1951. The menu includes soft-serve ice cream, classic and specialty sundaes, swirls, slushes, smoothies, sandwiches and more.
