BRADDOCK, PA — Allegheny County Sheriff's Office detectives have apprehended a fugitive on the run since June after pleading guilty to charges that included firearms violations, terroristic threats and DUI.

Detectives this week obtained information that Tremond Alston, 26, was staying with the mother of his child on Maplewood Avenue in Braddock. When detectives arrive at her residence on Wednesday, Alston attempted to exit the residence from a second-floor window.

Alston was arrested and taken into custody without incident. He is being held in the county jail and now faces firearms-related charges out of the city of Pittsburgh and Duquesne.
