‘Stand Down Pittsburgh' Event Helps Veterans, Their Families

The Veterans Leadership Program held its 13th annual ‘Stand Down Pittsburgh’ event on Saturday.

The annual event helps hundreds of veterans and their families by providing food, showers, haircuts, hygiene items, and access to dozens of health and service programs.

Saturday's event was hosted by the Veterans Leadership Program and is just one of the hundreds that are held in cities nationwide to help veterans each and every year.
