PITTSBURGH, PA — Musical legend Stevie Wonder will launch a brief tour before the upcoming presidential election and the first stop will be in Pittsburgh. Wonder will launch 10-city the "Sing Your Song! As We Fix Our Nation’s Broken Heart” on Oct. 8 at PPG Paints Arena.

Coinciding with “the height of a critical election season and a pivotal juncture in American politics and culture,” the concerts will serve as call for “joy over anger, kindness over recrimination, peace over war,” according to a Wonder press release.

A limited number of complimentary tickets will be given to “those in our communities who are already working tirelessly to fix our nation’s broken heart,” the release stated.

Tickets go on sale Friday, Sept. 20 at noon on Ticketmaster.
