Woman Dies In Pittsburgh Bus Incident

PITTSBURGH, PA — A woman was struck and killed by a Pittsburgh Regional Transit bus on Monday.

The incident occurred at approximately 12:15 p.m. near Rhine and Buente streets in the city's Spring Hill neighborhood.

The 50-year-old woman was taken to Allegheny General Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. Her identity has yet to be released.

It's unclear whether the woman had been a passenger on the bus or had just disembarked from it.
