Allegheny County's 3 Upcoming Special Elections: What You Need To Know

Allegheny County has announced plan for special elections to replace former state representatives Tony DeLuca, Summer Lee and Austin Davis.

ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PA — Preparations have begun for three special state House elections next month. Voters will go to the polls on Feb. 7th to fill vacant seats in the 32nd, 34th and 35th districts in the county.

The districts have approximately 138,000 of the county's nearly 900,000 registered voters.

The vacancies are due to the death last year of Rep. Tony DeLuca (32nd) and the resignations of former Rep. Summer Lee (34th), who was elected to Congress, and Austin Davis (35th), who became the state's lieutenant governor on Tuesday.
