Tredyffrin And Easttown Unite To Fund New Berwyn Fire Station: In March of 2023 firefighters, first responders, and victims packed a special meeting to discuss how the problems of fire companies and emergency medical responders were being stretched due to increased calls and declining volunteers. On Dec. 5, the two townships signed an inter-municipality agreement to fund fire and EMS services. The agreement is in response to a higher call volume and a declining number of volunteers.
  2. Tredyffrin Transitioning To Municipal Trash Collection: Tredyffrin Township received complaints from residents about trash not being collected timely by private haulers. The township supervisors agreed to accept proposals for trash collectors for municipal trash collection. The township has provided a new setup for Whitetail Disposal in some sections of the township.
  3. 16 Arrested In Vanguard Protest Of Vanguard Climate Policy: A total of 13 protestors were arrested at the Tredyffrin entrance and three others at the East Whiteland entrance for trespassing. The protestors ranged in age from 22 to 84.
