A 26 year old Philadelphia man faces felony charges, accused of stealing more than $2,000 from the state-owned wine and spirits store in the Gateway Shopping Center.
According to Tredyffrin Township Police "during an investigation, it was discovered that a store employee had been manipulating cash sales and pocketing the difference. A total of $2,185 was reportedly taken by (the defendant) Jonathan Smith, 26, of Philadelphia PA. Felony retail theft charges are pending."
