Strangulation Suspect Apphrended: Tredyffrin Police
A Maryland man who was wanted on strangulation and more charges in Tredyffrin was taken into custody Tuesday morning, police said.

TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA — A man wanted for strangulation and more crimes in Tredyffrin Township has been taken into custody.
According to Tredyffrin Township Police, Jordan Jean Pierre, 26, of Princess Ann, Maryland, was taken into custody Tuesday during a traffic stop conducted by Tredyffrin and Easttown police officers.
Pierre was wanted on charges of felony strangulation, two counts of making terroristic threats, simple assault, and harassment.

The charges stem from an Oct. 9 incident in the Devon section of Tredyffrin Township.
Police responded to a domestic dispute in Devon on that day and ultimately obtained a warrant for Pierre's arrest on those charges.

Pierre ran off before police arrived, police said.
