John J. Murphy, 57, Tillinghast Estates Caretaker
His calling hours are Wednesday and his funeral is Thursday from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel in Warwick.
John J. Murphy, of Barrington, the caretaker for the Tillinghast Estates on Nayatt Road, passed away Friday, Sept. 6, 2013, at home. He was 57.
Murphy was the father of Sean M. and Jared R. Murphy and the loving companion of Lisa M. Bennett. He was a son of the late John N. and Jane A. (McCaffrey) Murphy and brother of James P. and Jayne Murphy.
His funeral service will be held Thursday, Sept. 12, at 10 am in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick.
Visiting hours are Wednesday, Sept. 9, from 4-8 pm.
