CRANSTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Cranston police between May 7 and May 11.

Names of those arrested, their age, or the town they reside in were only omitted when not provided by police.

May 7

10:11 a.m. — Jean York, 60, was charged with violating a no-contact order.

May 8

11:43 a.m. — Howard Crosby, 45, of Cranston, was charged with sex offender address change.

2:58 p.m. — Michael Moore, 65, of Merino, Colorado, was charged with possession of codeine. Police said the arrest happened after a traffic stop on Oaklawn Avenue.

6:57 p.m. — James Blackburn, 42, and Melissa Valvo, 39, both of Johnston, were charged with three counts of simple assault and domestic simple assault.

May 9

7:15 a.m. — Raymond Espinal, 22, of Cranston, was charged with unauthorized dissemination of indecent material.

1:58 p.m. — Raymond Sepe, 62, of Cranston, was charged with vandalism. Police said the arrest stemmed from Woonsocket police turning Sepe over to Cranston officers on a warrant.

6 p.m. — Sension Jimenez, 30, of North Providence, was charged with violating a no-contact order (third offense or greater).

8:26 p.m. — Jason Jones, 30, was charged with domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct.

May 11

5:59 p.m. — Michael McCoart, 42, of East Providence, was arrested on a warrant out of the Woonsocket Police Department. Police said the arrest stemmed from a traffic stop on Oaklawn Avenue.

9:36 p.m. — Brandon Danzer, 20, of Cranston, was charged with domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.
