Pawtucket Convict Arrested On Warrant: Cops
The Pawtucket parolee had been convicted on charges felony assault and discharge of a firearm, police said.
PAWTUCKET, RI — A Pawtucket convict was arrested on a warrant, police said.
Edwin Castillo, 32, was picked up on a parole bench warrant Wednesday by the Rhode Island State Police Violent Fugitive Task Force, the state police said in a media release.
Castillo had been convicted on charges felony assault and discharge of a firearm, according to the release.

"Mr. Castillo was taken into custody without incident and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center," the release said.
