CRANSTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Cranston police between April 27 and May 1.

April 27

10:34 p.m. — Cynthia Mclintock, 37, of Pawtucket, was charged with larceny over $1,500 and conspiracy. Pawtucket police brought Mclintock into custody on a Cranston police arrest affidavit.

April 28

5:51 p.m. — Jordan Vargas, 18, of Providence, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct and domestic simple assault and battery.

April 29

1 a.m. — Charles White, 37, of Cranston, was charged with domestic simple assault, domestic vandalism, and domestic disorderly conduct.

1:45 a.m. — Jose Vasquez, 33, of Cranston, was charged with DUI (first offense) and chemical test refusal. Police said the arrest happened after a crash at Sam's Auto Group at 936 Cranston St.

5:08 p.m. — Maria Tarro, 45, of East Greenwich, was charged with DUI (second offense), chemical test refusal, and duty to stop in an accident with damage to an attended vehicle. Police said the arrest happened after a call for a hit-and-run crash at the Garden City Shopping Center.

April 30

3:19 p.m. — Kyle Dias, 33, of Fall River, Massachusetts, was charged with DUI (first offense). Police said the arrest stemmed from a report of a crash in the area of New London Avenue and Reservoir Avenue.

May 1

5:25 a.m. — Jose Rivera, 43, of Woonsocket, was charged with domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

10:18 a.m. — Vanessa Viveiros, 36, of Cumberland, was charged with obstructing an officer in the execution of duty. Police said the arrest happened after they received a call about suspicious activity incident in the Union Avenue area.

10:18 a.m. — Dennis Cherry, 42, of Providence, was charged with reckless driving, resisting legal or illegal arrest, and disorderly conduct. Police said the arrest happened after they received a call about suspicious activity incident in the Union Avenue area.
