Child Molestation; 4 Domestic Assaults: Cranston Police Arrest Log

CRANSTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Cranston police between March 24 and March 30.

Names of those arrested, their age, or the town they reside in were only omitted when not provided by police.

March 24

3:21 p.m. — Rodney Wilcock, 38, of Providence, was charged with weapons other than firearms prohibited and driving with a suspended license (fourth offense or greater). Police said the arrest came after a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.

3:49 p.m. — Daniel King, 36, of Cranston, was charged with violating a protective order and domestic disorderly conduct.

March 25

1:35 p.m. — Rayneshia Rollins, 26, of Providence, was charged with two counts of shoplifting and four counts of conspiracy. The arrest was the result of Rayneshia being turned over to the Cranston Police Department at Sixth District Court.

March 26

10 a.m. — Michael Kelly, 53, of Cranston, was arrested on a warrant out of Rhode Island Superior Court after a motor vehicle stop.

March 27

3:44 p.m. — Daniel Andrews, 36, of Cranston, was charged with domestic simple assault.

March 28

6:30 a.m. — Hakeem Saygbe, 29, of Cranston, was charged with being a fugitive from justice. He also had four warrants out for his arrest out of Rhode Island Superior Court, according to police.

March 30

4:30 a.m. — Daniel Delgado, 19, and Joshua Delgado, 21, both of Cranston, were charged with domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

1:58 p.m. — Veronica Garcia, 44, of Cranston, was charged with domestic simple assault.

3:57 p.m. — Joesmil Baez Ventura, 25, of Hamilton, New Jersey, was charged with first-degree child molestation.

7:01 p.m. — Richard DiPanni, 57, of Cranston, was charged with DUI with blood alcohol level unknown and breathalyzer refusal. Police said the arrested happened after a crash at the intersection of Pontiac Avenue and Route 37 eastbound.
