Cranston 2017 Halloween Sex Offender Safety Map

Editor's note: One person's name was removed from this report because his or her name was removed from the sex offender registry after his or her charges were amended in Rhode Island.

CRANSTON, RI—Before the kids go out trick or treating on Halloween, it is a good time to take inventory of who is living in your neighborhood. According to the Rhode Island Sex Offender Listings, 173 high level sex offenders live in Cranston. The names, addresses, and convictions of Level 2 and Level 3 offenders are posted online by the state.

Level 3 registered sex offenders are considered "high risk" to repeat a sex crime. Level 2 offenders pose a “moderate” risk to re-offend.

The identities of Level 1 offenders are not publicized online.

The offenders are not wanted by police—and it’s illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

More specific information on the sex offenders is on the map at the bottom of the page. Many are currently in prison. A handful are in immigration custody. One was deported, and several others are awaiting address verification. Click on the arrows to see the details for an address. Because so many offenders live in Harrington Hall, the information is also broken out for most offenders in the story.

Level 3 Offenders:

• Ronald Bixler, 41, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of first degree child molestation. The victims were a 9- and a 13-year-old girl whom he knew.
• Raymond Borden, 51, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of second degree child molestation and second degree child molestation. The victims were a 3-year-old girl and a 7-year-old boy whom he knew.
• Paul Castriotta, 60, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of second degree child molestation. The victims were 10, 11, and 12-year old girls. He was also convicted of second degree sexual assault. The victims were a 22-year-old and a 29-year old woman. They were all strangers.
• Felix Conforme, 37, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of second degree child molestation. The victim was a boy, 5 months, whom he knew.
• Tirso Coronel, 29, Awaiting address verification. He was convicted of first degree child molestation and first degree sexual molestation. The victims were 13- and 14-year-old girls whom he knew.
• Ranault Dagnault, 61, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of failure to register and second degree child molestation. The victim was a 12-year-old girl whom he knew.
• Charles Davis, 47, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of failure to register in Rhode Island. He was convicted in Maine of indecent conduct. He was also convicted of indecent exposure in Florida and in California. The victims were all strangers.
• Richard Dias, 53, of 227 South Clarendon St. He was convicted of producing, delivering, reproducing child pornography.
• Christopher Donnelly, 33, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of failure to register.
• Gregory Drayton, 57, of 111 Howard Ave., Providence Center. He was convicted of failure to register and second degree sexual assault. The victim was a 15-year-old girl whom he knew.
• George Godfrey, 34, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of second degree child molestation. The victim was a 15-year-old girl whom he knew. He was also convicted of a Juvenile Offense first degree sexual assault. The victim was a 6-year-old girl whom he knew.
• Sean Gouveia, 47, Awaiting address verification. He was convicted in 2010 of first degree child molestation, 4 counts. The victims were between 4 and 8 years old. He knew them.
• Raymond Harwood, 49, Living in a car in the Harrington Hall Shelter parking lot. He was convicted of possession of child pornography and second degree child molestation. The victim was a 9-year-old girl whom he knew.
• Thomas Howell, 59, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of assault with intent to commit second degree sexual assault. The victim was a 44-year-old woman who was a stranger.
• Bo Kang, 50, Awaiting address verification. He was convicted of second degree child molestation. The victim was a 9-year-old girl whom he knew.
• Anthony Kilmer, 50, of 16 Margaret St. He was convicted of first degree and second degree child molestation. The victims were a 12-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl whom he knew.
• [Name Withheld], 43, of Potter St. He was convicted of failure to register and second degree sexual assault. The victim was a 17-year-old girl whom he knew.
• David Lamoureux, 60, of 1612 Broad St., apt. 1. He was convicted of first Degree Child Molestation; the victim was a 7 year old female known to the offender. He was also convicted of 2nd Degree Child Molestation; victim was a girl, 6, known to offender.
• Terry Lehane, 75, of 501 Reservoir Ave. He was convicted of raping an 8-year-old girl and possession of child pornography.
• Carlos Lopez, Jr., 65, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of aggravated rape in Massachusetts. The victim was a woman, 75. He also was convicted of failure to register in Rhode Island.
• Nicholas Maldonado, 38, of 501 Reservoir Ave. He was convicted of first degree child molestation against an 8-year-old victim whom he knew.
• Edwin Marrero, 47, of Howard Avenue. He was convicted of first degree child molestation against a boy, 7, who was a stranger.
• Joseph McFadden, 45, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of second degree child molestation against two girls, 9 and 13. He knew both.
• Christian Morales, 34, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of first degree child molestation against a girl, 13, whom he knew.
• Bruce Peavy, 64, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of failure to register and first degree sexual assault against two women, 26 and 30. Both were strangers.
• Johnathan Ramsdell, 28, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of second degree child molestation against a girl, 4, whom he knew.
• Richard Reynolds, 53, of 40 Blackamore Ave., 3rd floor. He was convicted of first and second degree child molestation against girls, 7 to 16, whom he knew.
• Felix Rivas, 31, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of second degree child molestation against two girls, 5 and 6, and one boy, 8, whom he knew.
• Jeffrey Smith, 39, of 1097 Pontiac Ave. He was convicted of first degree child molestation and first degree sexual assault against two girls, 13 and 15, whom he knew.
• Allen Spencer, 62, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted in Maryland of raping a 21-year-old woman, a stranger, and for multiple failure to register convictions in RI. He also was convicted of a 1980 Rhode Island first degree sexual assault against a woman, 23, who was a stranger.
• Olin Stevens, 46, of 1299 Park Ave. He was convicted of failure to register in Rhode Island and in Maine. In Maine, he was convicted of unlawful sexual contact with a girl, 15, whom he knew; and in RI, he was convicted of second degree sexual assault against a girl, 16, whom he knew.
• Terrell Taylor, 27, of 57 Donna Drive. He was convicted of second degree sexual assault against two women, 35 and 51, both strangers.
• Norman Thweatt, 35, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted in Massachusetts of rape. The victim was a woman, 20, who was a stranger.
• David Tiernan, 52, of 1668 Elmwood Ave. He was convicted of second degree sexual assault and indecent solicitation of a child, a 14-year-old girl whom he knew; and he was convicted of second degree child molestation against a girl, 7, whom he knew.
• Angel Vicente, 33, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of failure to register in Connecticut and risk of injury to a minor for sexual purposes. The victim was a girl, 4, whom he knew.
• Brien Walsh, 55, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of first and second degree child molestation against a girl, 6, whom he knew and child nudity in a publication.
• Dana Waters, 45, of 501 Reservoir Ave., apt. 1. He was convicted of first degree child molestation against a boy 4 to 6 years old; second degree child molestation against 10 boys between 4 and 11; and second degree sexual assault against a boy between the ages of 14 and 15. He knew all the victims.

Level 2 Offenders:

• James Aldridge, 46, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of first degree and second degree child molestation. The victim was a 12-year-old-girl whom he knew.
• David Allen, 54, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of second degree child molestation. The victims were a 9- and a 12-year-old boy whom he knew.
• Eugene Blanchette, Jr., 55, of 501 Reservoir Ave., apt. 5. He was convicted of Electronic Dissemination of Indecent Material to a Minor. The victim was a 14-year-old male (undercover police officer) via the internet.
• James Bonacassio, 51, of 112 Mauran St. He was convicted of CT 3rd Degree Sexual Assault; the victim was a 20-year-old woman whom he knew.
• Thomas Bozzi, 67, of 60 Tremont St. He was convicted of second degree sexual assault; the victim was a 15-year-old girl whom he knew.
• Blake Brynes, 29, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of possession of child pornography.
• Emanuel Cacador, 31, of 1131 Park Ave., first floor. He was convicted of third degree sexual assault; the victim was a 14-year-old girl whom he knew.
• James Clark, 23, of 6 Lincoln Ave. He was convicted of failure to register.
• Louie Claudio, 36, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of failure to register and first-degree sexual assault. The victim was a 15-year-old boy whom he knew.
• Keith Corbeil, 48, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of first-degree child molestation. The victim was a 11-year-old girl whom he knew.
• Christopher DaGraca, 29, of 79 Alton St. He was convicted of third-degree sexual assault. The victim was a 15-year-old girl whom he knew.
• Christopher Donnelly, 33, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of failure to register.
• Bruce Fields, 41, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of failure to register and second degree child molestation. The victim was a 3-year-old girl whom he knew.
• Jesus Flores, 25, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of a 2011 New York charge and failure to register.
• Joseph Flynn, 42, of 160 Riverside Ave. He was convicted of CT first degree sexual assault. The victim was an 11-year-old girl whom he knew.
• David Fraser, 35, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of a 2006 Rhode Island charge of third degree sexual assault. The victim was a 14-year-old girl who was a stranger. He was also convicted of failure to register in 2008, 2010 and 2017.
• Frederick Gibson, 43, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of second degree child molestation. The victim was a 13-year-old girl whom he knew. He also was convicted of failure to register.
• Craig Greenslade, 54, of 1299 Park Ave., apt. 1. He was convicted of first degree and second degree child molestation. The victim was a 1.5-year-old girl whom he knew.
• Richard Hall, 31, of 151 Franklin Ave, 2nd floor left. He was convicted of failure to register and second degree sexual assault. The victim was a 37-year-old woman who was a stranger.
• Harry Hernandez, 23, of 1018 B Cranston St. He was convicted of possession of child pornography.
• Jonathan Jiminez, 21, of 1612 Broad Street 2nd fl. He was convicted of second degree child molestation. The victim was a 7-year-old girl whom he knew.
• Donald King, 34, of 40 B St. He was convicted of second degree Domestic Assault. The victim was a 20-year old woman whom he knew.
• Paul LaFrance, 56, Awaiting address verification. He was convicted of third degree sexual assault. The victim was a 15-year-old girl whom he knew.
• Robert Lamont, 56, of 54 Woodview Drive. He was convicted of possession of child pornography.
• Walter Lawrence, 62, of 745 Natick Ave. He was convicted of second degree child molestation against a 3-year-old victim whom he knew.
• Phillippe Lefebvre, 44, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of possession of child pornography in 2009 and 2016 and failure to register.
• Russell Mallett, 33, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of possession of child pornography.
• Anthony Marzilli, 40, of 741 Park Avenue, apt. 3. He was convicted in Florida of attempted sexual battery by an adult against a victim under 12. His victim was a girl, 7. She was a stranger.
• Jimmie McFarland, 36, of 26 Gallup Ave. He was convicted of first and second degree sexual assault against a girl, 17, whom he did not know.
• Henry Melvin, Jr., 27, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of second degree child molestation against a girl, 10, whom he knew.
• Adam Mitchell, 31, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of failure to register.
• Brian Murphy, 47, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of federal charges of possessing and distributing child pornography.
• George O'Neill, 45, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of failure to register and second degree sexual assault against a woman,23, whom he knew.
• Joseph Pastore, 44, of 26 Candle Drive. He was convicted of second degree sexual assault against a girl, 17, whom he knew.
• Michael Petrangelo, 60, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of failure to register and second degree child molestation. The victim was a girl, 12, whom he knew.
• Shon Phillips, 40, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of failure to register in 2014 and 2017 and second degree sexual assault against a stranger, a woman, 39.
• Daniel Rivera, 35, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of failure to register and first degree child molestation against a girl, 6, whom he knew.
• Gregory Robinson, 40, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted in Florida of failure to register and in Massachusetts of rape and abuse of a child, 12, a girl whom he knew.
• Nathaniel Robinson, Jr., 61, of 530 Laurel Hill Ave. He was convicted of second degree sexual assault against a woman, 52, whom he knew.
• Wally Rutledge, 34, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of second degree child molestation against a girl, 11, whom he knew.
• Jacob Shippee, 28, of 149 Wentworth Ave., apt 5. He was convicted of soliciting an undercover police officer posing as a 14-year-old.
• Patrick Spearman, 26, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of failure to register.
• Milton Taylor, 59, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of second degree sexual assault against a woman, 22, a stranger; and in North Carolina of indecent liberties against a girl, 12, whom he knew.
• Shane Warren, 40, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of assault with intent to commit sexual assault against a 36-year-old woman whom he knew.
• Shea Washington, 44, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of failure to register and third degree sexual assault against a 15-year-old girl, a stranger.
• Jason Weeks, 30, of 67 Stone Drive. He was convicted of failure to register.
• Jacob Winiarski, 25, of 30 Howard Ave., Harrington Hall Shelter. He was convicted of indecent solicitation of a child after he contacted an undercover officer.
• Israel Withington, 45, of the Harrington Hall Shelter parking lot. He was convicted of second degree child molestation and second degree sexual assault against two girls, 9 and 14, whom he knew.
