Cranston Seeking Snow Plow Drivers For Winter 2023-24

CRANSTON, RI — Do you have a truck equipped with a snow plow? The city of Cranston could use your help.

Cranston city officials are accepting applications from private contractors for snow removal this winter.

Private contractors with a pickup truck with four-wheel drive and a plow can make $95 an hour this winter keeping the city's roads clear from snow. Those with larger vehicles can earn even more, with the maximum rate of $175 per hour with a loader.
