Cranston Suspect Indicted For Johnston Burglary: AG
The Providence Grand Jury indicted Andres Kristian Reyes, 20, the state Attorney General's office said.
JOHNSTON, RI—The Providence Grand Jury has indicted Andres Kristian Reyes, 20, of Cranston, the state Attorney General's office said. The indictment, which was reported out Jan. 19, charges Reyes with one count of burglary and one count of larceny under $1,500. He allegedly broke into a house in Johnston and stole an iPhone 6 Plus. The crimes were allegedly committed on Sept. 25.
Reyes is due in Providence County Superior Court on Feb. 7.
