CRANSTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Cranston police between Nov. 19 and Wednesday.
Nov. 19
1:15 p.m. — Andrew Champagne, 33, of Cranston, was charged with larceny under $1,500. Police said the arrest happened after a call for service on Grantland Road.

7:14 p.m. — Albert Derobbio, 29, of Cranston, was charged with domestic vandalism, domestic refusal to relinquish a telephone, domestic disorderly conduct, vandalism, resisting legal or illegal arrest, and obstructing an officer in the execution of duty.
7:33 p.m. — Michael Kay, 32, of no permanent address, was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct. Police said the arrest happened after a reported assault at Garrett’s Market on Reservoir Avenue.

Nov. 20
4:30 p.m. — Leah Mincey, 33 of Cranston, was charged with manufacturing/selling/possession with intent to manufacture/sell cocaine, distributing a controlled substance near a school, maintaining a common nuisance/controlled substances, and conspiracy. Police said the arrest came after officers got a search warrant for Mincey's home.
4:30 p.m. — Jamey J. Scheer, 31 of Cranston, was charged with intent to manufacture/sell cocaine, distributing a controlled substance near a school, maintaining a common nuisance/controlled substances, and conspiracy. Police said the arrest came after officers got a search warrant for Scheer's home.
Nov. 21
10:47 a.m. — Hector Arvelo, 40, of Cranston, was charged with a bench warrant out of Second District Court. Police said the arrest happened after a call for service to the Sunoco on Cranston Street.
12:40 p.m. — Michael Gates, 34, of Cranston, was charged with a bench warrant out of Rhode Island Superior Court. Police said the arrest happened after a motor vehicle stop on Pontiac Avenue.
11:19 p.m. —Ashley Garcia, 32, of Warwick, was charged with larceny under $1,500 after a pickup at the Warwick Police Department.
Nov. 22
1:59 a.m. — Cesar Caines, 23, of Providence, was charged with DUI (blood-alcohol level unknown). Police said the arrest happened after a car stop on Park Avenue at Elmwood Avenue.
Wednesday
12:23 a.m. — Jacqueline Brodeur, 61, of Coventry, was charged with DUI (blood-alcohol level unknown) and breathalyzer refusal. Police said the arrest happened after a car stop on Randall Street.
