CRANSTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Cranston police between Oct. 22 and Oct. 26.

Oct. 22

2:10 a.m. — Peter Reed, 24, of Braintree, Massachusetts, was charged with driving under the influence of liquor/drugs (first offense). Police said the arrest happened after a crash on Plainfield Pike. According to police, Reed's blood-alcohol level registered at 0.22 and 0.218.

1:46 p.m. — Sebastian Reynolds, 32, of Providence, was charged with shoplifting after a call for service to the Stop & Shop on Garfield Avenue.

6:55 p.m. — Dennis Maynard, 47, of Cranston, was charged with domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

Oct. 23

5:53 p.m. — Shawn Gardner, 23, of Johnston, was charged with domestic vandalism/malicious injury to property and domestic disorderly conduct.

9:23 p.m. — Michael Haarr, 37, of Cranston, was charged with violating a no-contact order.

Oct. 24

4:33 p.m. — Deriek Teles, 41, of East Greenwich, was charged with shoplifting after a call for service to the Bob's Store on Oaklawn Avenue.

Oct. 25

6:28 p.m. — Jason A. Maurice, 39 of Cranston, was charged with manufacturing/delivery/possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, keeping or maintaining a common nuisance, and distributing or manufacturing in or near schools. Police said the arrest came after officers executed a search warrant at a home on Burnside Street.

6:28 p.m. — Joshua Post, 50, of Cranston, was charged with manufacturing/delivery/possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, keeping or maintaining a common nuisance, and distributing or manufacturing in or near schools. Police said the arrest came after officers executed a search warrant at a home on Burnside Street.

Oct. 26

11:27 p.m. — Fritzroy Thompson, 52, of Cranston, was charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer in the execution of duty. Police said the arrest came after a call for a suspicious person on Lambert Street.
