CRANSTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Cranston police between Nov. 13 and Nov. 18.

Nov. 13

11 p.m. — Scott J. Wright, 30, of Cranston, was charged with domestic assault by strangulation, domestic disorderly conduct and domestic refusal to relinquish telephone.

Nov. 14

7:51 p.m. — Brandon Caicedo, 26, of Providence, was charged with domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

Nov. 15

7:36 a.m. — Darren Gomes, 41, of Providence was charged with three counts of violating a no-contact order.

Nov. 16

10:36 a.m. — Shawn Burkhart, 47, of Cranston, was charged with sexual offender address change.

2:05 p.m. — Alrick Mendez, 47, of Cranston, was charged with domestic vandalism/malicious injury to property and domestic disorderly conduct.

Nov. 17

1:08 a.m. — Chan Khunpasee, 31, of Cranston, was charged possession of stolen vehicle and conspiracy. Police said the arrest happened after a Flock hit.

1:14 p.m. — Steven Delibero, 56, of Cranston, was charged with larceny under $,1500. Police said the arrest happened after an investigation on Mathewson Street.

10:49 p.m. — Vincent Cromartie, 35, of Cranston, was charged with license or permit required for carrying a pistol, large capacity feeding device prohibited, three counts of simple assault, resisting legal or illegal arrest, and disorderly conduct. Police said the arrest happened after a call for service on Butler Street.

Nov. 18

1:08 a.m. — Jessica L. Maynard, 37, of, Presqueisle, Maine, was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, conspiracy, and five bench warrants. Police said the arrest happened after a Flock hit.

3:49 p.m. — Allison Luciano, 37, of Cranston, was charged with two counts of felony assault with a dangerous weapon or substance and one count of vandalism/malicious injury to property. Police said the arrest was the result of Rhode Island State Police making an apprehension based on a previously issued affidavit and arrest warrant out of the Cranston Police Department.
