Jobs: Lowe's To Hire 100 In RI
Job fairs are being held for part-time and full time jobs on Friday and Saturday.

CRANSTON, RI — Lowe’s stores said Friday it plans to hire 1,300 employees across the New England area, including more than 100 employees in Rhode Island, to provide personalized customer support. The company will make on the spot offers on Friday and Saturday.
On Friday, Oct. 6 and Saturday, Oct. 7, 133 Lowe’s stores across New England will hold job fairs to accept applications for cashiers, loaders, customer service associates and sales specialists' posts.
Lowe’s will hold open interviews and make on-the-spot job offers to qualified candidates at the events. Candidates should bring their Social Security card and a government-issued photo identification, such as a driver’s license. Lowe’s part-time and full-time positions offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits and a 10 percent employee discount.
