McKee Asking RI Residents To Take Transportation Safety Survey
Gov. McKee asks Rhode Island residents to share insights on safety concerns affecting streets, sidewalks, and bike paths.

RHODE ISLAND — Gov. Dan McKee has extended the deadline for the statewide Safe Streets for All (SS4A) survey and encouraged Rhode Island residents to make their voices heard.
The deadline was extended from Sept. 30 to Oct. 18. State officials said the survey is part of a public engagement campaign aimed at improving transportation safety for Rhode Islanders. McKee encourages residents from all participating communities to share their insights on safety concerns affecting streets, sidewalks, and bike paths.
"Safety is a top priority for everyone in Rhode Island, whether you're walking, biking, driving, or using public transit," McKee said. "This extended opportunity will allow more Rhode Islanders to have their voices heard and help shape our future transportation infrastructure. I urge residents to take the survey and contribute to making our streets safer for all."
