CRANSTON, RI—Pontiac Avenue will be closed temporarily on Oct. 13 for a sewer improvement project. According to Cranston police, the road will be closed from noon to 6 p.m., in the section from Sockanosset Crossroads to Garden City Drive. Drivers should seek alternate routes and expect delays throughout the area.
