TF Green Plane Hit By Birds, Forced To Double Back For Landing
Warwick Fire and marine first responders were standing by. The plane has landed safely.

WARWICK, RI— A bird strike forced an American Eagle plane to turn around and make an emergency landing at T.F. Green Airport on Wednesday. Roads around the airport were closed.
A spokesman for the airline told WPRI- TV the bird strike happened near the airport and that the plane was was flying for less than half an hour. The plane landed safely.
The spokesman also said inspectors were evaluating the plane for damage.
