CRANSTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Cranston police between March 30 and April 4.

March 30

8:45 p.m. — Brian Raymond, 51, of North Kingstown, was arrested on several warrants out of Rhode Island Superior Court.

April 1

10:03 a.m. — Omar A. Fonseca Zepeda, 44 of Cranston, was charged with DUI (first offense) and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

April 2

3:13 p.m. — Luis Otero, 34, of Providence, was charged with disorderly conduct after a call for service to Oak Street.

4:18 p.m. — Kerry Sears, 53, of Cranston, was charged with violating a no-contact order.

4:40 p.m. — John Roberts, 51, of Warwick, was charged with violating a no-contact order.

April 3

11:23 p.m. — Michael Dermody, 43, of Providence, was arrested on a bench warrant.

April 4

9:55 a.m. — Dion Barcelos, 24, of Cranston, was charged with failure to relinquish a telephone.

11:13 a.m. — Angel Palmer, 43, of Providence, was charged with obtaining vehicles with intent to defraud. Police said the arrest happened after a motor vehicle stop.

4:30 p.m. — Sean Lauffer, 38 of Cranston, was arrested on a bench warrant.

4:30 p.m. — Daniel Banner, 35 of Cranston, was charged with two counts of possession of a schedule I-V controlled substance (second offense), keeping or maintaining a common nuisance (controlled substances), possession of arms by a convict in a crime of violence, two counts of license required for carrying a pistol, two counts of possession of a ghost gun, two counts of large capacity feeding devices prohibited, and violating a family court order. Police said the arrest was the result of an executed search warrant at a home on Arnold Avenue.
