East Greenwich Boston Marathon 2022 Runners: See Who's Registered
A dozen East Greenwich residents plan to run in the 2022 Boston Marathon, the first on Patriots Day since 2019.
EAST GREENWICH, RI — East Greenwich will be well represented at this year's Boston Marathon.
The town has 12 representatives in the April race, which is the first to be held on the traditional Patriots Day date since 2019.
