Football Schedule 2021: See Who East Greenwich High School Faces

EAST GREENWICH, RI — High school football's return is back to normal this fall in Rhode Island. Following a season that was postponed in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic and moved to the spring of 2021, the East Greenwich Avengers are back on the gridiron this fall.

The Avengers' regular season begins Friday, Sept. 17, when the team heads to Cumberland High School to face off against the Clippers. Kickoff is at 7 p.m. See the full East Greenwich football schedule below:

• Week 2: 7 p.m., Friday, Sept. 24, vs. Bishop Hendricken High School
• Week 3: 7 p.m., Friday, Oct. 1 vs. Woonsocket
• Week 4: 1:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct., 9 at Portsmouth
• Week 5: 7 p.m., Friday, Oct. 15, at Cranston East
• Week 6: 6 p.m., Friday, Oct. 22, vs. Central High School
