Furry Fellas "Howl-o-ween Hike N Treat" to Help Homeless Animals

Furry Fellas Dog Walking & Pet Sitting Service is hosting its annual Howl-o-ween Hike N Treat event to benefit the Friends of the Warwick Animal Shelter on Sunday, October 26th starting at 2:30pm at Warwick City Park. There will be games, raffles, dog treats, human treats, a group walk for dogs with their humans and a pet costume contest with 3 chances to win! Friends of Warwick Animal Shelter will be present. There will also be plant-based food/snack samples available at the ANVV group table.

This is an event for dogs and their humans, and the event itself is free to attend. NOTE: If you have a pup who isn’t sociable but you still want to join in, come anyway - dogs are not required to attend. Also, costumes are encouraged for both the walk and costume contest, but not required to attend.

- Registration is required in advance to participate in the dog walk with a $15 donation.

Donations will help the homeless animals at the Warwick Animal Shelter. Hurry - limited spots available!

Check in starts at 2:30pm at the Furry Fellas booth. The hike will start promptly at 3pm. The costume contest will take place once everyone returns from the walk around 4:45 pm/5 pm. Costume contest check-in will be available at 4:30 pm for those who aren’t participating in the walk and will be arriving later.

All well-behaved, friendly, vaccinated dogs are welcome. Required dog vaccine: Rabies or exemption letter from vet. Bordetella and Distemper combo vaccines are also recommended for dogs coming into contact with other dogs, but not required. By participating in any aspect of this event you agree to take full responsibility and liability for any and all actions of your pup(s).

Please bring water for you and your pup and poop bags. We will have some extra on hand, just in case.
