Darrin J. Francis, 51, of Mauran Avenue, died April. 23, 2013 surrounded by his family. Born in Providence, he is survived by his mother, Rosaline (Silva) Mello of East Providence.
His funeral will begin on Friday at 9 am from the Rebello Funeral Home, 901 Broadway, East Providence. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 am in St. Francis Xavier Church, North Carpenter Street, East Providence. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling hours will be Thursday from 5 to 8 pm.
