'Drunk' Bar Patron, 47, Charged With Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest
Allegedly drunk Rehoboth man arrested after causing a disturbance in the parking lot of Lucky's Bar & Grille.

An allegedly intoxicated Rehoboth, Mass., man, 47, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest outside an East Providence bar and grill on Saturday night, Aug. 31.
Piotr B. Lakota, of Steber Way, was charged with causing a disturbance in the parking lot of Lucky’s Bar and Grille on Warren Avenue about 9:15 pm after bar managers removed him and a “drinking buddy” from the business.
Lucky’s managers contacted the police to respond after the two men were removed from the bar and grill and prevented from driving away on motorcycles. Police officers said Lakota allegedly was yelling and making loud threats to the staff, including comments about “killing them.”

Lakota also reportedly threatened the police officers with a similar statement and had to be handcuffed after being brought to the ground while resisting arrest. He allegedly continued his “uncooperative behavior” in the police station.
The charges against Lakota do not mean a conviction. He was given a date to appear in court to face the charges after being arraigned in the police station and held overnight until he sobered up.
