East Bay Community Action Program Announces Staff Appointment
Stephanie McCaffrey appointed EBCAP's Vice President, Chief Innovation and Strategy Officer

East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephanie McCaffery, of Coventry, RI, as EBCAP’s Vice President, Chief Innovation and Strategy Officer. In this position, McCaffrey will create strategic and diversified business opportunities; identify new innovative and transformative partnerships; and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
“Stephanie is a decisive and focused individual who has helped strengthen the viability of the agency since joining EBCAP 16 years ago,” states Dennis Roy, EBCAP’s President and CEO. “We look forward to Stephanie continuing to develop agency-wide initiatives and cultivating new business opportunities.”
McCaffrey received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and a Master of Social Work from Rhode Island College. She joined EBCAP in 2006 as its Vice President of Health Services. In 2018, she was named Vice President of Health Administration /Chief Strategy Officer overseeing strategic planning, program development, grant writing, and health center administration.
