Sorry but due to the forecast of rain, we are postponing this concert and we will hopefully soon announce a makeup date.

The outdoor summer concert series is back at Weaver! Women in World Jazz will be performing on Wednesday, August 4th from 6:30-7:30pm.

Women in World Jazz

Women In World Jazz is an award winning, international ensemble that brings together some of the finest world and jazz musicians.The music is easy to relate to, diverse, and engaging. Styles range from American, South Africa, Cuba, Brazil, Cape Verde, Japan, and the Middle East that showcases the music of women composers, poets, and lyricists from around the world, Women in World Jazz embraces diversity and the power of creation. This event is free and will take place outdoors on the Weaver Library lawn. Bring your own chair.
