The IRS provides the library with some tax forms and booklets. Right now, Weaver Library has received only a few forms – 1040/1040-SR forms.

The state of Rhode Island does not provide forms to the library – you can visit this link to download Rhode Island forms or to have forms mailed to you, please call 401.574.8970 If you are looking for assistance in filling out your tax forms, visit the East Bay Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program
