East Providence Student Wins College-Sponsored Prize
The latest round of winners includes students who are receiving scholarships sponsored by the colleges.
EAST PROVIDENCE, RI—Lucy S. Atkinson, of Rumford, has won a college-sponsored National Merit Scholarship. She is a student at Moses Brown. Lucy intends to study engineering at the University of Rochester.
The National Merit Scholarship organization announced the college-sponsored winners today.
