Witnesses are reporting smoke billowing from a house on New Road, and now say fire is showing from a house on New Road.
EAST PROVIDENCE, RI--Witnesses are reporting smoke billowing from a house on New Road, and now say fire is showing from the house. Crews from East Providence and Pawtucket are on scene. The first reports came in around 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
