Recreation Center Invites You to Open House

The East Providence Recreation Center hosts an open house on Wednesday, Sept. 25.

You are invited to an open house at the East Providence Recreation Center late Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 25.

“It’s a good opportunity for people who have not seen it for awhile or for people who have never been a member,” said Diane Sullivan, recreation coordinator.

The open house runs from 4 to 6 pm. The recreation center is located at 100 Bullocks Point Ave. in Riverside – the same building as the East Bay Community Action Program.

“We’ve done some painting and other fix-ups,” said Sullivan. “You can enter the building from either side. Go to the basement level.”

Staff will provide a tour of the facility, including the fitness center, the new game room, and another exercise room referred to as the “Yoga room” on the second floor.
