Rhode Island Fugitive Task Force Nabs Wanted Glocester Man: Police

The Glocester man was wanted for failing to appear in court, police said.

The Rhode Island State Police Violent Fugitive Task Force captured a wanted Glocester man, police said.

The Glocester Police Department was also in on the arrest of 42-year-old Michael Gilligan, the state police said in a media release.

Gilligan was wanted on several warrants charging him with failing to appear in court, according to the release.

"Mr. Gilligan was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Glocester Police Department," the release said.
