HBO miniseries BAND OF BROTHERS presentation

George Luz Jr. a Scituate RI resident, will give a presentation on his Father, George Luz Sr, and his involvement in the HBO miniseries BAND OF BROTHERS which won an Emmy award for "best" miniseries.

Duriing World War II, George Sr. ( a paratrooper ) landed on the beaches of Normandy and continued onto other battles during this horrific time in History. Actor Rick Gomez, portrayed George Sr, in this HBO American War drama series.

George Jr will recount his Father's heroic endeavors including other veterans along with a slide show.
