Holiday Trash Schedule in Effect for Johnston Next Week

Trash and recycling pick-up will be delayed by one day because of the state Victory Day holiday on Monday.

Monday, Aug. 13, is Victory Day in Rhode Island, a state holiday commemorating the end of World War II.

offices will be closed, and trash and recycling pick-up will be delayed one day, with Friday's collections moved to Saturday.
