Johnston Man Altered ID Number and Forged Registration Plates: Cops
The Johnston man surrendered to the state cops, police said.
JOHNSTON, RI — A Johnston man under investigation surrendered to state troopers Thursday and was arrested, police said.
Ferlandi Aguilar, 20, turned himself in at the Lincoln Woods Barracks shortly before 5:30 p.m. and was arrested on charges of alteration of identification number and forgery and counterfeiting of registration plates, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Aguilar was processed and arraigned, according to the release.
