Martin explained that the device, described as a Fischer 8.5-ft. tall V-shaped plow, had been stored on a metal storage rack on the property of M&S Landscaping, Freyer wrote, adding that Martin estimated the value of the plow at $3,000.
Other plows and sanders on the metal rack had not been touched, Freyer observed.

Freyer also reported that, in checking the area, he saw "the imprint of an outrigger and tire imprint, possibly from a backhoe."
On an adjacent lot, Freyer added, he saw a backhoe, but it "showed no signs of it being utilized."
His attempts to reach the owner of the other lot were unsuccessful, Freyer reported.
Suspects, if found, would face a felony count of larceny over $500.
