JOHNSTON, RI — Weather as of 6:53 p.m. Wednesday has only caused 60 power outages for National grid customers in Rhode Island.
The majority of those outages are in Johnston which has 47. National Grid's website said power is expected to be restored for those houses by 8:47 p.m.
