Johnston Woman Makes Dean's List at East Hartford, Conn. College

JOHNSTON, RI -- Olga Diponte, of Johnston, has made the Goodwin College Dean's List for the Summer 2016.

According to Robert Muirhead, school spokesman, Olga joined 776 other Goodwin College students who turned in a "great academic performance."

To make the Dean's List, he said, the student must maintain an A- average (3.5) at the minimum, for that academic session.

Plus, to make the Dean's List, the student must be carrying at least six credits.

"Goodwin College is a nonprofit institution of higher learning located on the Connecticut River in East Hartford, Connecticut," Muirhead said. "The college specializes in extending educational access to underserved groups, including minority and first-generation college students, and offers career-focused degree programs designed to promote workforce readiness."
