Johnston's Dysautonomia Support Network Named Top Nonprofit

JOHNSTON, RI — The Dysautonomia Support Network in Johnston has been named one of America's best nonprofits for 2019. The designation comes from GreatNonprofits, a provider of user reviews of charities and nonprofits.

The Top-Rated Nonprofit Award is based on the rating and number of reviews from volunteers, donors and supporters.
