Obituary: Anthony J. Raimondo

Anthony J. Raimondo, was called home by his Heavenly Father on Wednesday March 9, 2016 at his home. He was the beloved husband of Johanna N. Paquette-Raimondo who faithfully cared for him until his passing.

Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Tommaso and Angelina (Grilla) Raimondo. Mr. Raimondo was a manager for the former First National Stores for over 30 years before retiring. He was the loving brother of the late Mary Edwards, Yolanda Rossi, John and Joseph Raimondo.

His funeral will be held Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at 8:30am from the TUCKER-QUINN Funeral Chapel, 643 Putnam Pike (Rt.44) Greenville, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30am in St. Philip Church, 622 Putnam Pike. Visitation Monday 5-8pm. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimers Association, 245 Waterman St., Suite 306, Providence, RI 02906 will be appreciated.
