MPD: Man Arrested on Bench Warrant Owing Fees of $4.7K
The following arrests were reported by the Middletown Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

- Kevin Kilroy, 57, of 182 Boulevard, was arrested on Sunday, March 31 on a bench warrant charge for a failure to appear for a cost review of a fees that totaled $4,731.87.
- Adrian Andino, 19, 31 Callender St. Apt B, Newport was arrested on Sunday March 31 on a bench warrant charge. Â He was stopped by police because he had an excessively loud muffler, said police.
- Albert Seyster, 18, of 55 Chases Lane was arrested on Saturday, March 30 on charges of possession of marijuana. Police said he was seen in Cumberland Farms with glossy eyes and smelled of marijuana. Â Police said he went into an Audi where police found a plastic baggie of marijuana in the passenger seat, where he was sitting.
