State Police Make One Middletown Arrest This Weekend
This following incident was reported by the Rhode Island State Police. An arrest does not indicate a conviction
On Friday March 15, 2013 at 6:20 p.m. Kristen Maghuyop, 30, of 36 Green End Avenue was arrested on charges of a Second District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for a technical violation hearing on the original charge of possession of marijuana from the Middletown Police Department.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Maghuyop was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later released by a Justice of the Peace after posting the required surety bail.
