Traffic Restrictions for David Ley's Fundraiser Race Saturday
The race scheduled for Saturday, April 6, 2013 will begin at 11:45 AM. The race will impact the area for approximately one hour and any negative effect on traffic should be minimal.

In order to accommodate the David Ley’s Jr., 5K Fun Run/Walk, the
Middletown Police Department will provide traffic control. The race scheduled for Saturday, April 6, at 11:45 a.m. The race will impact the area for approximately one hour and any negative effect on traffic should be minimal.
Route: When the events begin; the participants will start from the Second Beach Main Gate and head west towards Surfer’s End. Runners will make a left turn onto the Surfer’s End Boat Ramp onto Second Beach and then east to the end of the beach. Runners will then turn around and finish near the
Surfer’s End. Sachuest Point Road will close to through traffic from the Surfers’ End to the Campground for a short time until the majority of runners have exited the road. Officers will be on scene to assist motorists.
The Middletown Police Department requests motorists use care when driving in the area on race day.
